How quickly do you ship? How long does shipping take?

Orders will usually ship within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders will ship to your PayPal address or address provided unless other arrangements are made. U.S. Orders will ship USPS First Class (5-8 days) unless you have upgraded to Priority Shipping. 

I am not responsible for packages once I have delivered them to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact me before purchasing.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I accept exchanges on a case by case basis if the item is brand new and unused. Exchanges will be honored if you contact us within 14 days of receiving product. Return shipping will not be refunded.

If an item has arrived damaged, you must email flowermooncreatives@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Please email me directly if you’re interested in shipping outside of the US. I will provide an international shipping estimate on a case by case basis. I do offer international shipping on my Etsy page.

What do I do if my package hasn’t moved in while?

According to USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 40 days before we are able to file a claim. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame and we can reship.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

All jewelry is nickel free. Earring posts/hooks are made of gold plated solid brass or stainless steel. 14k gold filled or 925 sterling silver hooks/posts area available on request at an additional cost.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Resin jewelry with flowers should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. You can clean them with a baby wipe & polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth.

Will the dried flowers in my jewelry fade over time?

This depends on several factors, especially where you store your jewelry. I use a UV-resistant clear resin that helps block sunlight from fading your flowers. You should always store your jewelry in a dark, cool & dry place when not wearing them. Certain colors (such as yellows/pinks/blues) resist fading for a long time. Green is the most prone to fading, but it still looks beautiful if that occurs! All dried florals will remain perfectly intact embedded in the resin.

Do you offer clip-on earrings?

Yes I do! Any pair of earrings can be sold to you with clip-on converters. Just send me a message in checkout & I’ll convert them for you.

Do you sell wholesale?
